• United States - 1 - 3 balls $5.00
• United States - 3-7 balls $6.50
• Great Britain, France, Spain - (1 - 3 balls) $7.00
• Western Canada - $8.00
• Eastern Canada (including Ontario and Quebec) - $9.00

 

Golf Club

 

• United States - $18.00 - surface - (more if by air)
  • costs vary by the number of clubs and if they are more than 39 inches
• Canada - $ depends on Postal Code
